Lemtik Pilot Launches in Three Lagos Estates

We're officially live. Today, we're announcing the launch of Lemtik's pilot program in three major residential estates across Lagos.

The Estates

  • Lekki Estate Management Limited (1,200 residents, 8 security checkpoints)
  • Banana Island Security Operations (800 residents, premium tier security)
  • Victoria Island Complex Coordination (2,100 residents, multi-building estate)

Combined, these estates protect over 4,000 residents. Starting today, they're all running on Lemtik.

Early Results

We're one week in. The numbers are real:

  • 62% reduction in average response time to incidents
  • 45% fewer incident escalations requiring manual coordination
  • 100% audit compliance automatically (no more manual reporting)
  • Zero system downtime across 72 hours of live operation

But the most important metric is qualitative: security teams report they're actually sleeping better. For the first time, they have a system they trust.

What They're Using

Each estate is running the full Lemtik platform:

  • Intelligence Engine: Correlating security data from external sources
  • Inventory Service: Real-time tracking of all security assets and their deployment
  • Patrol Management: Intelligent routing and automated check-in verification
  • Incident Alerts: Automatic alert routing based on incident type and location
  • Audit & Compliance: Complete incident history and decision logging
  • Master AI Agent: Autonomous coordination with human oversight

The security teams make the decisions. Lemtik makes sure they have what they need, when they need it.

Why Lagos Estates?

We chose residential estates for a specific reason: they're the testbed for what works at scale.

An estate has:

  • Clear geography (defined boundaries)
  • Known assets (security team, patrol routes, checkpoints)
  • Real incidents (incidents happen regularly, but not too frequently)
  • Motivated operators (estate managers care deeply about resident safety)
  • Measurable outcomes (response time, audit compliance, resident satisfaction)

Get these right at the estate level, and we scale to hotels, corporates, and government. Get it wrong, and we iterate. The feedback loop is clean.

What's Next

In the next 30 days:

  1. Expand to 5 more estates (applications being reviewed)
  2. Launch hospitality pilot with two major Lagos hotels
  3. Begin corporate pilot with one enterprise client
  4. Release autonomous response beta (infrastructure automation without human oversight)

In the next 90 days, we want Lemtik running across 50+ organizations in Lagos. Real deployment. Real data. Real security impact.

Behind the Scenes

Getting here took months of work:

  • Security audits and compliance review
  • Integration testing with existing security infrastructure
  • User research with estate security teams
  • On-site training and documentation
  • 24/7 support during pilot launch

Credit to the entire Lemtik team—Chisom on backend reliability, Amara on the UI that made deployment smooth, Seun on operational support, and Zainab on the estate coordination.

And credit to the three estates who believed in us before we had proof. You're not just customers. You're partners building the future of security in Africa.
